The Army National Guard delivered 60 Army Personnel Carriers to Stevens Towing’s Shipyard where they were loaded with one of our floating cranes onto our deck barges. The Island Pilot delivered and sank these personnel carriers at three different sites off the coast of South Carolina. This reef project was organized in joint effort between the Army National Guard and SC Department of Natural Resources.
